Cutlets with Parmesan
Improvisation on the theme of burgers. Was the stuffing was Parmesan... and this is what came of it! Try it and you will not regret!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    700 g

  • Parmesan

    200 g

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Onion

    2 piece

Cooking

Take pig-ground beef (actually, I think even chicken) that can be twisted in a meat grinder or finely chopped onion, salt, pepper, optionally add spices.

Parmesan (I think you can use any hard cheese varieties) three on a small grater.

Mix the stuffing and Parmesan, mix well, add one egg, stir again until smooth.

In a separate bowl place the flour. Generated from minced meat patties, dip them in flour.

In a pan heat the oil with no smell and fry the cutlets on both sides.

Fried cutlets and place in a baking dish, pour a little water and sprinkle with Parmesan (or any cheese). Put in preheated oven, bake 15 minutes at temperature of 180*C.
