A very delicious cake! Melting, moist chocolate cakes interspersed with dried cranberries, light sour cream cranberry delicious, fragrant nutty layer of creamy frosting. Delicious!!! Just want to say that in the process of making this cake I have intervened a serious force majeure circumstances, and I completed the cake in an extreme hurry, so some photos are missing, and beautifully decorate a cake-I didn, upset, even at some point thought the cake wasn't to expose, but it's so delicious and it was, I think, to decorate the cake the cooks were not working without me. So, dried cranberries slightly crushed, I cut with a knife.
Dark chocolate melt in a water bath.
Beat eggs with sugar, add sour cream.
Add melted chocolate, flour, cocoa, hydrated soda, mix well.
Add dried cranberries, stir.
Spread into prepared pan, bake in a preheated oven 170-175 degrees. 40-45 min. or until dry matches. Ready cake cool and cut horizontally in half.
Fresh cranberries grind in a blender and RUB through a sieve, and you use a juicer, but my stayed at the cottage, it turns out 1.5 cups thick cranberry juice,
butter to mix with sugar and flour.
Nuts slightly grind, I'm a few seconds in a blender.
Add chopped nuts to the dough.
Roll the dough out to a thickness of 5 mm, bake in preheated oven 175-180 deg. 10-15 min.
Butter to grind with sugar, add the egg, cream, cranberry juice, cook until slightly thickens, remove from fire, add soaked in a little water gelatin, mix well, cool SLIGHTLY.
Half chocolate cake put into a form with removable rim, top, pour the slightly cooled cranberry cream, put the cold to harden.
The cooled nut cake smash with your hands into crumbs and spread on frozen cranberry cream, a little pushing.
White chocolate and cream to melt.
To the mixture add the cream cheese, I have white chocolate and chocolate Philadelphia, I can use regular cream cheese and dark chocolate.
2/3 of the mixture spread on a crushed walnut crust, cover the chocolate layer on top, I poured the remaining 1/3 cream mixture, put the cold to harden, better on 7-8 hours.
