It is necessary to clean, wash, cut into 2 cm cubes and add to boiling water. It fully covers the pumpkin slices. Cook for 12 minutes.
The water to completely drain. Cool slightly and send to the blender along with sugar. Put sugar to taste, I, 350 grams of pumpkin added a tablespoon. Grind. All pumpkin weight ready.
