Wash the mushrooms and drain off the water. Beets and potatoes cut in small cubes. Onions also finely chopped. Put in a bowl of beets, potatoes, onions, mushrooms, dressed with oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix and allow about an hour to stand.
