Warm salad with chicken and cheese
I think this delicious and healthy salad first of all appreciate ladies. Salad is easy in all respects. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Lettuce

    0.5 coup

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Carrots cut into thin cubes or grate on a coarse grater.

Cucumber cut into thin slices.

Chicken fillet wash, dry, roast on the grill. I additionally sprinkle fillet with Provencal herbs (according to taste). You can fry the fillet in a special parchment for frying without oil. Cut into thin slices (just before serving).

For the filling in a bowl stir olive oil and soy sauce. I used a natural soy sauce TM Kikkoman.

Lettuce wash, dry, tear by hand and place on a plate. Put the vegetables, slices of chicken, cottage cheese. Sprinkle ground black pepper, season with sauce. Bon appetit!
