Cooking
Carrots cut into thin cubes or grate on a coarse grater.
Cucumber cut into thin slices.
Chicken fillet wash, dry, roast on the grill. I additionally sprinkle fillet with Provencal herbs (according to taste). You can fry the fillet in a special parchment for frying without oil. Cut into thin slices (just before serving).
For the filling in a bowl stir olive oil and soy sauce. I used a natural soy sauce TM Kikkoman.
Lettuce wash, dry, tear by hand and place on a plate. Put the vegetables, slices of chicken, cottage cheese. Sprinkle ground black pepper, season with sauce. Bon appetit!
