Cooking
On a fine grater grate a little lemon peel.
RUB the vanilla bean in a mortar and the resulting vanilla "baby" carefully collected with a spoon at the walls. There should be about a quarter of a teaspoon, that is enough.
To the softened butter add the egg yolk and sugar.
Beat with a mixer until then, until the mixture turns white.
Then add the prepared vanilla, lemon zest and curd, draining him pre-serum. All stir again, but haven't beat.
Note: this recipe uses the so-called "white cheese" (fromage blanc), it is shown in the photo. As close it is an analogue of low-fat spreadable cheese. In the French language there are no precise translation of the word "quark", the whole family of these products is called cheese.
The next step, sieve the flour and add to it the yeast, soda and a pinch of salt.
Pour the flour to the whipped butter and stir until smooth.
You will see that the mass has turned soft and airy. Put half an hour in the refrigerator so that the dough is slightly hardened.
And in the meantime let's prepare the marmalades, which will made the filling from the cookies. I had a small jar with eight types: cherry, raspberry, strawberry, peach, apricot, orange, figs and a blend of four fruits.
Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Vystelim a baking tray with baking paper and slightly grease it with butter. Take the dough out of the fridge. Separate from the small pieces (about 15g each), roll into a ball and pripuzov it, make circles about 5 cm in diameter.
In the center of each cookie with your fingers doing the round recess.
And fill them with different jams.
Put in oven for about 10-15 minutes until the cookies will not become Golden brown.
Leave to cool on the baking sheet several minutes then transfer to a plate.
Perfect with tea or warm milk. Good gluttony!
