Mint jelly with green tea
One of my first jelly. Very pleasant taste. A little messed up with the gelatin - bad stirred and so part of the cups is not frozen. But those that stood were very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Gelatin

    4 tsp

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Sugar

    60 g

  • Green tea

    1 tsp

  • Mint

    12 piece

Cooking

Mix gelatin with 3 tbsp cold water, let swell 15 minutes. Put in a water bath, stir until dissolved.

Mix green tea with sugar, add 2 tbsp water, mix well.

Boil 0.5 liters of water, pour the mint and leave for 2 minutes.

Add ground tea, stir to dissolve the sugar. Pour the gelatin, stir again. Drain.

Pour into cups and leave in a cool place for 1 hour until firm.
