Homemade plum sauce
Perfect winter soup and marinating meat

Ingredients

  • Drain

    3 kg

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Cilantro

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Sugar

Drain peel and to separate from the bones, crank through a meat grinder

Chop the parsley, cilantro

Drain pour into the cauldron, put on fire, boil down to desired thickness (color will change from greenish to red)

Add the herbs, garlic, pepper, salt, sugar to taste. Cook for 5 minutes. Pour into sterile jars.
