Spring salad with oyster mushrooms
Prepare this salad for a long time, but most often do this during lent, when you want to diversify your diet. Fresh and light salad, cooked very easily and quickly. Try it, maybe someone will also come in handy.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

  • Oyster mushrooms

    200 g

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Here is a set of products we need. As you can see, nothing complicated.

Onion cut into half rings, fry, add the washed and coarsely chopped oyster mushrooms, fry for about 7-8 minutes. Then add the chopped garlic and fry another couple of minutes. Set aside let cool. But let's cut the cabbage thin strips, cucumbers-cubes. Everything is ready for mixing and our mushrooms will get cold.

We mix all our prepared foods, water with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. That's all! I certainly like it better when the salad a little stand and all of the products it will make friends.
