Cooking
For the marinade: 2 tablespoons honey a little bit to melt (if the same candied, like me)
In a separate bowl 5 table. tablespoons tomato ketchup, Your favorite (I have different herbs - sacebeli) mix with honey and add the juice of 1/4 lemon, 1 teaspoon pomegranate sauce, or sweet pepper (ground) to taste. I love paprika. All mix
Cut meat Prime rib (ideally in one piece, so juicy), but we love to see from all sides was the crust
Marinate the meat for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven
Put to bake ribs in the oven (preferably on the grill) for about 20-25 minutes at 190-200*C (it all depends on the number and size of the piece should look). Better infra-roasting (if such a function at 180*S - I have and it's super)
Ready to remove the honey ribs. Serve with your favourite side dish or salad and greens. Bon appetit!
