Hungarian goulash
The magazine "Delicious and easy" impressed me today on yet another unusual dish: the goulash. The recipe was slightly modified to the tastes of my family: the result exceeded all expectations!

Ingredients

  • Butter

  • Parsley

  • Paprika sweet

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Tomato

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Pork

    700 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Broth

In a pan put the butter (a bit) and pour a little vegetable oil to this mixture fry the chopped onions

In vegetable oil fry the chopped small pieces of meat. I took pork recipe is beef. previously fried onions put on bottom of baking dish, put the fried meat and mushrooms. ideally, of course, very small mushrooms, but I was not there, so the mushrooms I cut into 4 pieces

Placed on top of pre-cleaned and sliced tomatoes in its own juice, pour all the broth and added a little juice from the tomatoes, salt, perchu, add a little paprika and seasoning for goulash. cover all with foil and put it in the oven; bake at 250 degrees for about 2 hours. in General, the dish is ready it can be earlier if the pieces of meat was quite small
