  • Cream

  • Garlic

It's very simple and very fast. Preparation of this soup will take you less than 20 minutes, and the result will please your taste and usefulness to the body. Wash the vegetables well, dry. Broccoli wash, disassemble on inflorescences.

Pumpkin peel, cut into small cubes so it cooked with the vegetables.

Onions cut into rings. In a pan pour olive oil, fry the pumpkin first, then the onion, garlic and broccoli. Pour in the vegetable or chicken broth, add cloves and boil vegetables until tender - about 10 minutes. Replace the vegetables into the blender (discard cloves). Blend, gradually adding the broth. Heat the cream, add to soup, season with salt and pepper, whisking until smooth and desired consistency. Bacon to fry, put on paper towel to soak up excess fat.

Soup mix well with a spoon to remove the bubbles formed during whisking in a blender, pour into bowls, garnish with crisp bacon and a leaf of Basil.
