Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    250 ml

  • Minced meat

    1 kg

  • Onion

    5 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 kg

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

Potatoes cut into circles with a thickness of about 3 mm and put layers on lightly oiled baking sheet,not too tight. Each layer a little salt and pepper, but without much enthusiasm because the layers are thin and overdo them nothing. Besides, salt is present in the meat.
