I share with you another recipe without flour and biscuits "Amaretti" - тоrta di mele e amaretti di. Not difficult to prepare. Recipe taken from the Italian magazine "Un mese in cucina", 2002.

Cooking
Turn on the oven at 180°. It is ground nuts and biscuits "Amaretti"
Wash and peel apples (original recipe: 300g. pears and 300g. of apples). Finely chop into slices. Mix the apples with 50g of sugar and 1-2 tablespoons brandy or cognac (you can also rum). Set aside for 15 minutes.
Grease the form (detachable, with a diameter of 26 cm) with butter, sprinkle with the sides and bottom of the crushed biscuits.
Take out the apples from our "marinade". The liquid does not pour, it is useful to us! Mix apples with ground walnuts.
The yolks separated from the whites. Proteins whisk well with a pinch of salt. Grind the egg yolks with the remaining sugar (50 grams), add 200 g of ground biscuits Amaretti and liquid from the apples (one in which "marinated" our apples). We add the ground almonds. Putting two masses (whites and yolks with Pecheneg and almonds). Very good stir with a wooden spoon. It's gonna be hard to stir, but please be patient. In the form put 1 / 2 of our test. A wooden spatula is well level.
Spread on top of apples with nuts. Also good level.
Then spread the rest of the dough. Level. On top sprinkle with remaining crushed cookies. Put in oven at 180° for 40-45 minutes.
