Cabbage stew with smoked ribs in white wine
Aroma of smoked meat filled the entire apartment!!! Very tasty cabbage turned out.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

  • Pork ribs

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Greens

  • Cumin

Slice the peeled potatoes in cubes and fry it in vegetable oil.

Add the ribs, I had quite oily, so I tried to melt excess fat from them. Add them at the beginning you also need to ensure that they generously "gave" your smoked flavor of the vegetables.
