Cherry soup
Offer to pamper yourself and your dear men light cherry and honey soup. A minimum of effort, and on the table a plate with vivid summer memory.

  • Cherry

    400 g

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 l

  • Cream

Prepare the products.

In salted water cook the rice.

From frozen cherries and cooked fruit compote. Add sugar to taste - 4-5 tablespoons

In boiling the compote, add dissolved in cold water a spoonful of starch, bring to a boil and turn off the heat. Cool.

In a bowl add 3-4 tablespoons boiled in salted water rice, pour the cherry broth, add the whipped cream.
