Cooking
Chop the zucchini slices with a thickness of 5 mm.
In a wide frying pan, melt the butter and fry the pounded garlic on low heat until it becomes lightly Golden, about 1-2 minutes.
Add to the pan slices of zucchini and gently stir so they are covered with oil. To fry on weak fire for 10 minutes, turning occasionally. When zucchini are almost ready, add the chopped nuts, season with salt and pepper and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped greens. Bon appetit.
