Bread homemade
A wonderful addition to cheese (especially melted), light salad or in a post. Includes a minimum of product and requires a minimum of time!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Rye flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Dill

  • Water

Mix flour in a ratio of one-to-one salt water. NOTE: if you want fresh bread, then add just a little bit of salt, if not, the water should be VERY salty. Sprinkle the dried dill in the flour and, gradually infusing water, knead dough, as for dumplings. Then tear off pieces the size of a walnut, roll out as thin as possible sheet is arbitrarily cut and bake on medium heat on a dry pan until just brown.

And still it is possible to cut pieces to wrap cheese and just fry.

Here are the loaves I did. Easy, "dieting" fast, lean, no preservatives :-D
