The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2009 by user Irina Semenova called "Soup of red lentils" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". Fans of lentils and curry!

Cooking
In a saucepan, heat the oil. Add the onion and garlic and cook 3 to 5 minutes until the onion has softened.
Add curry and turmeric. Cook, stirring, another 30 seconds until you feel the aroma of spices.
Add the broth and water, tomatoes and lentils. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and cook soup, without covering, for 20 minutes until the lentils are tender.
Pour on plates. Serve with sour cream and parsley.
