Cooking
For the salad I used white long grain rice "Indica" from the Mistral. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package
While cooking the rice, boil the prawns, finely chop the leeks and sweet peppers
The shrimp cut a small part, leaving the stems. Cut part cut finely
For the filling, mix the soy sauce, sugar, grated fresh ginger, black pepper, rice vinegar and oil.
Ready mix warm rice with the vegetables, add the chopped shrimp
Put the salad on a plate, pour the filling directly or feed it separately. Garnish with shrimp tails
