Very tender juicy Turkey liver baked with onion, tomato, herbs to the tasty cheese and mayonnaise cap ... very easy to prepare ... very tasty and satisfying .. a dish for a cozy quiet family dinner... BUT for a festive table is quite appropriate

Cooking
Pour the liver with milk and leave in the refrigerator (preferably overnight) for a few hours
Wash the cilantro and chop the onion peel and cut into thin half-rings
Liver slightly discourage in the bag and put a layer in a baking dish (the size of 1/2 of the pan), salt and pepper
Tomatoes pour over boiling water and remove peel, cut into thin slices and put a layer on top of onion
