Description
This soup is prepared in Turkey, and who was there, probably tried it. I met him 10 years ago and after the first sample, I decided to have a little, just a little bit, to Refine, so to speak. In this form, he is even more like the Turks. And what do you say?

Cooking
Wash tomatoes, cut into halves and RUB on a medium grater to hand one skin (you can peel the tomatoes and crush them in a blender). I want to note: the more tomato, the tastier the soup is
Put the saucepan (I have a normal pot 2.5 litres) on the fire and pour vegetable oil, about 50g. (you can take margarine but vegetable oil soup, as it turns out a bit easier), add to the flour and it overcook minced 2-3 minutes on low heat.
Now add the tablespoon of tomato paste, and again it is slightly overcook minced..
Now put in our grated tomatoes, and stir quickly so it doesn't stick ( we should get a rather thick mass).
Now the whole thing fill with cold water, stirring constantly. Just try to enter the water gradually, about half a liter. Stirring occasionally, bring soup to a boil. After boiling, diminish the fire to low and allow to simmer for 3-5 minutes. Add salt and black pepper (a little). Instead of salt I put 2-3 cubes of chicken stock, the meat we do not like, he lost the beauty of this soup.
Before serving, sprinkle the soup (already in the dish) grated hard cheese (but it is possible and without it). In the nursery suggest a plate of cheese pour a little more, the fact that the cheese in the soup melts, and reaches for a spoon, the kids love it and they eat it much more than originally wanted. That's all. You can eat soup. Bon appetit
