Description
In the spring the body is tired, the skin is not always a peach (after frost and heating) and you want to treat them with vitamins, and the taste to remember. I decided to penalice carrots - itself and for skin and vision, and in General for the body. But since I have a terrible sweet tooth, had to come up with what to eat to mood from all day Breakfast helped :) of Course, Apple. And decided to add a favorite banana, and instead of fatty sour cream - less fat and more delicious yogurt :). Well, honey, if sweetness is not enough. .... KAIFFF!!!! )))) Now the usual quick morning coffee with crackers was a rare visitor )))))
