At the end of cooking add the garlic, 1/2 of the total, tomato paste, a little water and stew for about 10 minutes on low heat.
From the finished soup take out the meat and cut into pieces, the broth, fill it with rice, 5 minutes before the rice is tender add the onions with the tomato paste, spices, salt, chopped meat, the rest of the garlic, cover and infuse. The soup should be quite thick. Bon appetit!
