To prepare the sauce wash the beets, remove skin and grate on a fine grater. Squeeze through the frog garlic clove.
Add the sour cream.
To taste add salt and mix well.
For sandwiches, I took the slices of sliced bread.

Sprinkle the beetroot sauce.
