Garlic soup
Once heard on the radio a recipe for French garlic soup. And now chose the time for its preparation. Garlic we try to eat every day, from the first, second, and sandwiches. I like these light soups.


  • Garlic

    100 g

  • Water

    800 ml

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Yolk egg

    4 piece

  • Seasoning

  • Greens

  • Spices

  • Olive oil


Soup ingredients - garlic, eggs (yolks), salt, pepper, fresh herbs (thyme, sage).
Garlic pour boiling water and allow to simmer for 1-2 minutes. Peel well cleared. Chop it up and fry in olive oil until pale Golden color.
Dice the white bread and fry in oil, where roasted garlic. Get toast with garlic flavor.
The water in which boiled garlic drain into a pan for cooking soup. Pour boiling water up to the amount of 800 ml. Beat 4 egg yolks and pour the milk, add seasoning and spices. Mix well. The water in the pot bring to a boil and there slowly pour the milk mixture with egg yolks. As soon as the soup boils, remove from heat and pour it into the garlic.
Soup pour into bowls and serve hot with croutons and fresh greens. Fans of the soup thicker, add more yolks. Don't know about you, but I and all my men soup liked it.
