Description
Very simple recipe but very tasty and available in cooking. Stringy curd, greens and soft pancake, fertile absorbency of the flowing yolk. A couple of SIPS of hot, strong tea - and that's all I need to start a spring day.

Cooking
Come carnival, and it's time to bake pancakes. Every housewife uses her recipe for pancakes. I make pancakes like this: a Little warm up 500 ml of yogurt, add 4-5 eggs, 5 tbsp oil, salt, sugar and pour the flour to the state of the dough for pancakes. With the flour put 0.5 tsp of baking soda.
The batter is thick, it is diluted with carbonated mineral water to desired consistency - it all depends on how thick you want to make pancakes.
Here's a pile of fragrant spongy pancakes turned out. Serve them piping hot, but with sour cream... Well, if you have in the morning left the pancakes, offer to cook them a truly elegant Breakfast.
Grate any hard and Adygei cheese. I added a triangle of processed cheese of type "Hochland" - but not necessarily. Add finely chopped fresh herbs - what and how much. I love a lot of green - I have green onions, parsley, cilantro and dill. All flavored with a dollop of sour cream and mix - the stuffing is ready.
Next on the pancake spread the filling in the middle make a hole so the egg is better settled
Put into egg (can be small chicken or quail), folded pancake with four sides, if the pancake is trying to turn around, prispela it with a toothpick.
Put in a well preheated oven and cook until tender protein. It took me 4 minutes at 190 degrees. Focus on your oven and the color of the yolk. Ready - take out and served. I love chandeliers, but I very rarely get to cook them - takes a long time. And then such a simple and quick way to cook almost a similar dish. Cheesy and flavorful, tender and delicious. Greens for 4 minutes, just managed to reveal your flavor. The perfect start to the morning.
