Description

It is unclear to which category to include the baked goods – like muffins in the shape, but the dough is yeast, I don't know whether this might be called a cupcake. Light chocolate dough, not too sweet, with chunks of chocolate (or without them), cook it is very simple.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • Yeast

    5 g

Grind chocolate (grated or shredder). If ground whole, the dough will be homogeneous. If some of the pieces just break, in the finished cakes will be the chocolate chips. I did with the pieces.

Mix eggs, sugar, chocolate, little whisk, add the flour and knead. Best done in a food processor because it is better to knead a little longer to dissolve the chocolate, for about 15 minutes – 20. Next, pour the yeast and knead some more.

The dough is put into molds, greased with oil, about 1/3, leave for a while to make it up. Previously, I baked them in silicone molds or Teflon, everything was fine, but this time I tried to do in metal pans but was tortured to pick out, therefore, these forms for this test is probably not the best option (or paper molds, you can try to put inside, but I never did). Bake for about 1 hour. Bon appetit!
