Salad with cabbage and croutons
Delicious spring vegetable salad with fresh vegetables and crunchy croutons.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    5 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Bread

    2 slice

  • Corn

    2 Tbsp

  • Chickpeas

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Shred cabbage and add to the bowl, slightly knead by hand cabbage.

Add canned corn.

Bread cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until Golden color. Pour the breadcrumbs into the salad.

Pepper cut into half rings and add to salad. Add the chickpeas and soy sauce. If necessary, add a little vegetable oil. Salad served to the table. Bon appetit!
