Each family has their favorite, time-tested, recipe pastry. In my practice I use several cooking options and today I decided to share one of them. From this dough you can bake rolls, buns, pies and so on. Change the filling, forming and delight your loved ones!

Cooking
Prepare the dough. For this yeast, crumble into a bowl
The warm water will mix with hot milk (temperature 34 degrees), add the yeast, stir to dissolve yeast.
Add sugar, flour and again mix well. Principem top with flour, cover and leave in a warm draught-free place for 30 minutes
First, there will be "cap", which will later fall off and the surface will appear bubbles, it means the dough is ready.
Sift the flour in a deep bowl twice, add salt, stir
Separately mix eggs room temperature with sugar. Stir with a whisk until smooth
The butter will melt, without bringing to a boil, cool to room temperature
Now combine the yeast mixture with the pastry. At this point, add the vanilla sugar
Knead the dough (when kneading hands and the working surface grease with vegetable oil). Knead for at least 20 minutes, you get supple and soft at the same time the dough should not stick to hands. Gather the dough into a ball and place into a large bowl (bowl, pan), greased with vegetable oil.
Sprinkle with flour, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place protected from drafts until the dough will not rise and will not increase in 2.5 times. Time at least 1 hour.
