Cooking
To prepare the dough. Beat the butter with the sugar in the air foam, add rum essence, egg, liqueur and again how to beat. Sift in the flour with the baking powder and continue to beat until a homogeneous mass.
Put the dough in a detachable form with a diameter of 20 cm and flatten with your hands. Chopped chocolate evenly sprinkle on the dough, on top of this layer, spread the cherry.

Pour this mixture into the cherries and put in the oven heated to 170 degrees. Bake for around an hour, till the filling will thicken and the pie are Golden brown. If Pai is not ready yet, but the color is already quite saturated, cover with foil and continue baking.
