Potatoes baked in the microwave oven
Each of us there are times when you need a quick something to cook for lunch or dinner. In this we are helping out a microwave, which has long been used not only for heating food. I propose to prepare a quick and tasty vegetable dish made of potatoes in tomato sauce with olives. After 15 minutes you can already set the table.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    400 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Olives

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Seasoning

    2 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Prepare the required products. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Onion finely chopped.

In a container for microwave oven pour oil, add the potatoes, seasonings (your favorite), paprika, and pepper. Salt is not necessary, as salt slows down the cooking process of potatoes.

Mix well, cover and send in the microwave. Bake for 4 minutes.

After the specified time the potatoes stir and again bake for 4 minutes under the lid.

At this time, to make the sauce. In a bowl pour water, add tomato paste, soy sauce, pressed garlic. Stir until smooth. Season with salt to taste.

After the specified time, the potato is almost ready. If the potato is hard, bake for a further 1...2 minutes. To potatoes add tomato sauce, olives and stir gently. Bake for a further 1...2 minutes.
