Canape with cheese and olives
The basis of our canape with cheese and olives on skewers for a festive table, unlike most other recipes, is not bread. On the bottom of the meals I placed cheese "Merchant" from Belebeevsky dairy plant. It holds its shape well and gives canapés necessary stability. Help yourself!

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Green olives

    7 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

For the preparation of canapés, I took the "Merchant" cheese Belebeevsky dairy plant.

Using a metal cuttings cookie cutter I cut out cheese base for canapés.

Lemon pour over boiling water, wipe dry and thin half-rings.

The next layer in canapés after the cheese is olives (if you like you can use stuffed olives for example, lemon or pepper).

Now it's time to go back to the lemon. Pinned the halves of the circles on the skewers so to get some semblance of sails.

Further all is simple: skewer with lemon put on the cheese with olives. That actually ends up making canapés on skewers with cheese. Bon appetit!
