Cooking
Onions cut in big pieces. In a pan heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and fry the onion for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once the onions are gold, add to pan with chicken liver and a little salt. Fry the onion with the liver for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. The liver does not need to be brought to readiness, it should be only browned.
Put in a bowl, combine fried onions and liver. There also add ground black pepper, sweet soy sauce TM Kikkoman. Grind everything to a smooth homogeneous mass.
The pan where you fried the onions and liver, then wipe with a paper towel and again returned to the fire. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Ham cut into very small cubes. Garlic is also the most finely shred with a knife. In a well heated pan first, fry the ham to the desired degree. I roasted almost to a crisp. :) For a minute before you remove the ham from the heat, add the finely-chopped garlic and butter. All together cook one minute, stirring occasionally once the butter has melt, remove the pan from the fire.
To liver mass add ground coriander and dried cranberries...
... and ham, garlic and melted butter from the pan.
Knead the mixture until a uniform distribution of pieces and put in molds for baking and tins, in turn, put in a deep baking pan. Cover the pate with foil and put in refrigerator for 1 hour. Next, preheat the oven to 150-160 degrees. Boil required quantity of water. A baking sheet with ramekins filled with boiling water so that it reaches half the height of ramekins of pate. In this form send the pate in the oven for 1 hour, then remove from the oven, allow to cool completely and refrigerate for 12 hours.
The finished pie take out from the molds, threw on a serving dish. Decorate according to your taste and serve.
