Cupcakes with white chocolate
Little cupcakes with a delicate aroma of coffee, nuts and a splash of chocolate will not leave anyone indifferent:)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Milk

    75 ml

  • Leavening agent

    3 g

  • White chocolate

    50 g

  • Apple

    0.5 piece

  • Instant coffee

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

The flour with the baking powder sift in a bowl, add sugar and coffee, stir.

In a separate bowl mix beaten egg, milk and oil.

The resulting mixture pour into the bowl with the flour, stir, ignoring the small lumps.

Chocolate to chop into pieces.

Add along with the grated Apple to the dough and mix.

Fill molds about 2/3,

put in a preheated 190°C oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
