Honey gingerbread with apples
this recipe I saw on the website "Cooking at home" thank you so much for the recipe and decided to try and it turned out even tastier than I expected! The truth is in the recipe is the walnuts, but I did not add.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

Sift flour and mix with baking powder. In a bowl pour sugar, pour water and vegetable oil. Place the bowl in a water bath.Add honey, and mix until the sugar and honey completely dissolved. Soda repay lemon juice, add to honey mixture and stir - the mixture should foam and increase in volume.Gradually add flour with baking powder and knead the dough consistency as pancakes. Pour the batter into a greased and sprinkled with flour form for baking. Wash apples, core, and cut into thin slices.Lay the Apple slices on the dough. Bake gingerbread ~30-35 minutes in preheated to ~180°C oven. Ready to remove gingerbread from oven and let rest ~10 minutes.
