Great idea for table decoration. In such envelopes, is made of thin slices of ham, you can file any salad, even Olivier.

Cooking
Vegetables and eggs are pre-boiled, cooled and cleaned. Cut into small cubes potatoes, carrots,
boiled eggs,
fresh cucumber, first peeled
and a fifth of ham. The salad is enough for 16 wrappers. Ham is better to take cut into thin plates.
All the finely chopped ingredients, mix, put green peas, flavored with mayonnaise and season with salt to taste. Still once mixed, the mass became almost homogeneous.
The ham that was left, cut into small slices and wrap them to make beautiful envelopes. I secured the envelope with a ring of onion, wrapped in lettuce and tied each envelope with a sprig of dill. Envelopes fill the resulting salad, spread on a dish and decorate. Bon appetit!
