Salad with rice noodles, salmon and salad
Would you believe I have never eaten rice noodles. And so I finally filled this gap!!! The salad was liked by all without exception.

Ingredients

  • Noodles

    300 g

  • Salmon

    350 g

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

    4 handful

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Let's start with cooking the salmon. It needs to be put in a refractory form and pour 3 tbsp soy sauce Kikoman. Cook fish in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10 minutes, the main thing is not to overdo, and it will be dry.

When the fish is ready, separate it into small pieces.

Now you need to boil rice noodles, for this you need to boil water in a saucepan and season with salt. Add the noodles, stir, cook for 1-2 minutes. Drain in a colander and rinse with cold water.

Red hot chilli pepper cut into slices.

Salad mix washed and dried.

On a plate to put salad mix, rice noodles, add the grilled salmon and pepper, drizzle with olive oil. To fill salad dressing Kikoman with sesame seeds. That's all. Bon appetit!!!
