Salad of white beans and tuna
Suggest you try a very tasty, healthy, nutritious and at the same time, a light salad of white beans and tuna.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Fish

    1 can

  • Parsley

  • Dill

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

Soak the beans overnight in water. In the morning boil and allow to cool.

Tuna removed from the banks, allowing the water to drain, and chop.

Mix the beans, tuna, chopped parsley and dill.

Add the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
