Apple-walnut rolls
Very tasty rolls. Juicy Apple-nut filling framed by delicate crumbly dough, no-body does not leave indifferent even those who do not like walnuts (such as I am. Walnuts can't stand to eat them exclusively in these ruletika). This recipe didn't let me down-when, for many years, it turns out always. Perhaps someone has already published something similar, but that being said my option.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 kg

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Apple

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Nuts

    100 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

For starters my apples, clean them from the skin and grate on a coarse grater (like carrots). Spread the apples in a saucepan, place the sugar and allow to cook for about 15-20 minutes, but not more, and you will be dry. Periodically stir.

While cooking the filling, prepare the dough. To do this, mix eggs, milk, vegetable oil, margarine, at room TEM-ture and the baking powder. I kneaded it all by hand.

Then gradually introduce the flour. I again, the flour was always introduced on the eye, but this time measured, I came up with 900гр., but maybe someone will come and kilo, because the glass could be more or the egg, it happens. ;-) But be guided by the kilogram, not more, otherwise desiccate the dough.

Divide the dough into 4-d pieces, cover with a towel and put in refrigerator for at least half an hour (not in the freezer!!!)

While we were making the dough, the apples are already cooked. Now add in the apples, grind nuts and cinnamon. And put to cool.

When the dough is ready, remove it from the refrigerator. Take out just one part (the rest is waiting its turn). Roll out and cut into 8 equal parts.

Spread the filling (I'm filling divided into 4-d part, and then each quarter evenly distribute. In this way the filling does not remain).

Now begin to twist the rolls. Over like that.

Twisted rolls spread on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. And so on with all the dough. Put rolls in the oven, preheated to 180 gr., and bake until pink.
