As usual-diet casserole)Without eggs, without oil, without flour and semolina.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    600 g

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Dried apricots

    80 g

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Turmeric

    1 tsp

  • Orange zest

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Pumpkin cut into small cubes. Boil until tender. Drain in a colander and drain off the water.

Wash the apricots and cut into small cubes.

Cheese+corn starch+sugar+of kurkum and+orange peel =to fold in a bowl and beat with a mixer until smooth.

Add boiled pumpkin and chopped dried apricots. Mix thoroughly.

Put into a form, lubricated with oil. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes, covered with foil. Then remove the foil and bake until Browning.

Remove the casserole from the oven, cool and enjoy)
