Cooking
2 times the meat grind in a meat grinder with fine screen. Add a pinch of baking soda, starch, spices, crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Knead well. Now gradually add milk, rapidly driving it into the ground beef. Leave the stuffing in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours. To form sausages by using a special nozzle of the grinder. Fry the sausages on all sides in small amount of vegetable oil.
