I want to share with You the recipe for a great side dish. Very easy, and indeed, vitamin-rich dish! After all, carrot is the leader in content of vitamin A, and cauliflower and green beans are a good source of nutrients, minerals and vitamins. And yet, the calories in these products do very little!   • Cauliflower

  • Green beans

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Lemon juice

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley
