Chicken liver washed, cut into pieces, pour a small amount of soy sauce TM Kikkoman and leave to marinate.
Liver pate I love, but have long since abandoned the classic recipe, I add no butter, no cream, don't want to do calories. Instead, I do the Apple - vegetable sauce. It requires the Apple, onion, garlic, soy sauce TM Kikkoman and water.
Apple peel and grate on a coarse grater. Onion and garlic finely mode.
In a saucepan pour 100 ml of water, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce TM Kikkoman, Apple, onion, garlic.
Cook on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then all grind using a blender, it turns out to be sauce.
Fry in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes, the main thing is not to overcook.
To ready the liver add our sauce.
Then chopped green onions. Stir and heat over one minute.
Put into blender and whisk so that there were small pieces.
Pepper, if necessary add salt.
Serve spread on warm slices of bread with greens and vegetables.
