Chocolate-cherry dessert waffles
The classic combination of cherries and chocolate in delicate cream cream. Chocolate-hazelnut waffles makes an interesting note in a familiar combination. Useful, beautiful and delicious!

The products that we need

First boil the cherries with 4 tablespoons of water and 2st. sugars for 3-4 minutes. If cherries are not frozen, then water should be added so that it covers the cherry.

Let cool 4-5 tbsp of cherry juice and soak gelatin in it for 20 minutes.

Grind the cottage cheese until smooth (I do it in the chopper) Then a good whisk with sugar and cream. Add cream gradually, getting us to the desired structure.

Waffle grate on a coarse grater

Cold chocolate chopped in small pieces

The cooled cherries are separated from the liquid grind into a puree (I like when there is a pieces), combine in a saucepan with the gelatin in the syrup in a water bath to completely dissolve the gelatin. Cool.

The curd is divided into two parts, one made of chocolate, the other cherry mass. Mix thoroughly each mass and put into the fridge for 15-20 minutes. Then assemble the dessert, cheese alternate layers with wafers. Decorate as desired - if you have fresh cherries, grated chocolate.
