Cooking
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packaging. In cooked rice add rice vinegar and stir. Let the rice completely cool.
For spicy sauce mix mayonnaise with crushed chili pepper, then add the soy sauce and grated garlic clove. Mix well.
Crab meat and fish, chop and stir.
Nori cut into six strips with a width of 3-4 cm.
With wet hands or using special molds to make rice a small rectangular cakes.
Wrap them with strips of nori and fasten it with rice.
On top of the rice put the stuffing of crab sticks and fish on it to put a teaspoon of spicy sauce. Bake under the grill for 3-5 minutes until Golden brown. There are rolls need a warm.
