Description
Orzo (Orso, of risoni) is a shortened Italian pasta, similar to large grains of rice. The recipe has long been waiting in the wings (once off the Internet), didn't catch the eye of those makaronchiki. And so I bought them, the salad is prepared and everyone liked it.

So look those makaronchiki in boiled form. Boil as usual, in salted water. Let cool, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking together.
Products a bit but the salad turns out a LOT! Seafood cocktail should be boiled in salted water with lemon juice, cool. I had marinated sea"charms", but in smaller amounts than required. So I added another Crabapple (where to go?)
Mix the Orzo with seafood and chopped green onions. By the way, instead of exotic pasta, you can take boiled rice.

So they gave you more juice, and salad turned out juicier. Mix well.
For the filling, mix the butter, lemon juice, salt, white pepper and Tabasco sauce. Added first 3 drops of the sauce as the original recipe seemed a little spice. Added another 5 drops - turned out at the time. So, the spiciness according to your taste. In the original recipe the sauce is based on mayonnaise. I already forgot when bought it, so the sauce made in olive oil.
Pour the dressing into the salad and stir. Let "rest" for the salad 15 minutes, then you can bring to the table.
