Ingredients

  • Pistachios

    125 g

  • Dried apricots

    150 g

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Khmeli-suneli

  • Black pepper

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Salt

Basmati rice Mistral weld, as written on the packet (10-12 minutes)

Pistachios remove the shell and coarsely chop. Dried apricots to chop coarsely, orange clean, then divide into segments.

The dried apricots and the orange, add the pistachios and chopped parsley and dill (about a handful of greens). Add the cooked rice. Mix well. In olive oil add the vinegar, mustard and spices. Season the salad. Salt and pepper to taste.
