Pilaf
To be honest, I don't really like buckwheat. This recipe interested me with its unusual composition and method of preparation. Perfect for a late dinner.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Buckwheat

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

Mushrooms and onions finely chop and fry in butter until tender. Pork cut into cubes, put on the bottom multivarki. Pour 1 tbsp of sauce. Pork we put 1/2 of mushrooms.

Lubricate 1/3 of the sour cream. And pour 1/2 of washed buckwheat.

On top of the remains of the mushrooms and brush another 1/3 of the sour cream, again the remnants of buckwheat and top to miss remnants of sour cream. Pour the remnants of the sauce. Pour water and put on the "Mess" for 30 minutes. Let stand for 10 min.
