Steamed pumpkin with red onion
And again I can't tell you about their favorite pumpkin. Often cooked it exactly goes with a Bang with any cereals: rice, millet or buckwheat!!!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    600 g

  • Red onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Millet

    2 pack

  • Thyme

For this recipe we'll need millet TM Mistral. Bags of millet in a pot with boiling, salted water and cook until tender.

Pumpkin peel and cut into small cubes.

Red onion and garlic finely chop. And fry until softened on a heated with oil pan.

Then add the pumpkin, season with salt and pepper, pour soy sauce and fry on medium heat until cooked pumpkin, about 10-15 minutes, depending on the type of pumpkin. In the end, add thyme leaves and rosemary.

Millet cooked. You can set the table!!! Serve the pumpkin with the millet and garnish with rosemary.
